Learning Providers - What do they offer?

How do you apply for work based learning?

Connexions Personal Advisers will be pleased to help you apply for jobs and training opportunities.

They can:

  • Provide you with application forms/online applications and give you advice on how to complete them.
  • Help you contact training providers and employers.
  • Help you organise and prepare for interviews.
  • Give you an idea of how easy or difficult different jobs are to get in to.
  • Advise you on the best times to apply.

They will also help you keep track of your applications and support you until you start in a job or training place, right up to when you are 19.

Speak to your PA in school or at your local Connexions Centre.
