Our Vision, Mission and Core Values

“We are the transition service for young people in Northumberland”

Connexions Northumberland provides an impartial information, advice, guidance and support service to young people aged 13 to 19 years old and for those young people who have learning difficulties or disabilities up to the age of 25 years old.  

Our Vision

Our vision is that all young people in Northumberland, regardless of their personal circumstances, make a happy and successful transition into adult life.

Our Mission

Our mission is to work collaboratively with partner organisations to ensure that all young people in Northumberland receive the impartial information, advice, guidance and personal support that they need in order to progress successfully through their teenage years and make a smooth transition into adult life.
